Jacky presented an invited talk at the “Assessment & Measurement in Research & Practice” symposium at the Fall 2019 ACS National Meeting & Expo in San Diego, California! Jacky’s talk, titled “Characterizing students’ abilities to argue about ‘why’ on organic chemistry assessments”, discussed his recent work on investigating argumentation and reasoning in chemistry. Jacky also presented a poster under the same title as part of the Sci-Mix event.
