Our annual group retreat provides us with an opportunity to reflect on work over the past year, celebrate our achievements, and plan our upcoming goals for the next year!

In the morning, we reflected on the values that guide the research we do, our interactions with each other, and our community. These values act as a lens to guide the discussion of our work throughout the day, aiding in identifying our strengths and prioritizing our goals.
Celebrating our accomplishments!
To end the day we celebrated our accomplishments over the last year, highlights include: Alison joining the Global Young Academy, Nik successfully defending his Master’s Thesis, 12 + group presentations, and 4 publications (with many more in prep)!
Our newest group member, Wilder, ensured his ideas were heard.
